About Me

Several years ago, I was trapped in a cycle of anxiety and stress that seemed never-ending. I didn't feel like myself anymore. On top of that, I was stuck in a toxic work relationship that only added to my high-stress levels. Panic attacks became a frequent occurrence, and it felt like there was no way out.
But then, everything changed when I discovered Vedic Meditation. This 5000-year-old tradition became my lifeline. It’s a simple technique not only helped me with my anxiety, but it transformed every aspect of my life.
Fast forward 6 years, and my life could not be more different. At the end of 2019, I made the courageous decision to leave my business. It was a leap of faith, but one that I knew was necessary for my well-being.
As an introvert who was terrified of speaking in front of people, I never imagined that I would find success in a sales position during the pandemic. But that's exactly what happened. Despite my fear and self-doubt, I allowed myself to step outside of my comfort zone, continually reaching for new heights.
Throughout this incredible journey, Vedic Meditation has been my guiding light. It has supported me in ways I never thought possible.
In late 2018, I was listening to a podcast where Thom Knoles, the most renowned Vedic Meditation teacher, shared the remarkable story of teaching meditation to inmates at San Quentin. I was captivated, and I couldn't stop thinking about it. The idea of bringing this beautiful practice to people resonated deeply with me. I studied Vedic Meditation for 3 years to get my prerequisites completed. The training culminated in the Himalayas where I came back with the tools required to teach this amazing and necessary practice.
In January 2024 I went to India for an intensive 3-month Vedic Meditation Teacher Training program, led by my teacher Thom Knoles.
